Each Crown and Cross item is made to order. Because of this we generally cannot except returns for in correct size or color. before checkout make sure you have selected the proper option. If an item is damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. If approved we will arrange a replacement or refund.
